The Double Tree had a friendly staff and the pool area was delightful, but frequent shuttle issues and outdated rooms left room for improvement. Management could use better customer service training, but the proximity to nearby attractions was a plus.

The staff greeted us with genuine smiles, which made our experience much warmer. The cleaning team was attentive. they opened the windows to air out the room when I mentioned the strong Pine Sol scent.

my family had a fantastic stay at doubletree by hilton! the location is super convenient for everything in phoenix, and the poolside hot tub was a total hit with the kids. we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and jules went out of her way to make my aunt's birthday special by bringing out prime rib. such a thoughtful touch!
